Disambiguation
AoE – affecting everyone, regardless of targeting.
Assist – assisting (or calling an ally to assist) with a basic attack.
Bleed – Bonus damage to target at the beginning of its next turn. It stacks.
Blind – Reduces accuracy of target for 1 turn.
Block – Significantly reduces incoming damage and may prevent negative effects.
Bonus Attack – A chance to hit the target again.
Bonus Turn – Gaining a full SpeedBar.
Cannot Miss – Being able to hit the target regardless of negative effects. Can be dodged.
Chain – A chance to continue attacking characters adjacent to initial target.
Cleanse – Remove negative effects.
Counter – Retaliate against any attacks or effects aimed at affected character.
Deathproof – prevents Death, leaving the character at 1 hit point.
Defense Down – Increases damage taken and reduces resistance.
Defense Up – Significantly reduces incoming damage and increases resistance.
Dodging – Able to Evade or Dodge attacks, avoiding damage entirely.
Drain – Healing by a significant percentage of damage done.
Energy – A chance to gain or give energy to allies.
Evade – Dodge the next incoming attack.
Heal – Capability of healing self or others.
Heal Block – Denies any healing done to affected target for 1 turn.
Ignore Taunt – May attack other targets than the ones Taunting.
Offense Down – Significantly reduced damage done and focus.
Offense Up – Grants bonus damage and focus.
Piercing – Ignores a certain percentage of armor dealing unmitigated damage.
Purge – Removes positive effects from target.
Regeneration – Heals at the beginning of next turn.
Revive – Bring back a character after it died.
Silence – Prevent the use of special or ultimate abilities.
Slow – Reduces the target’s speed significantly.
Speed Up – Grants the target a significant amount of speed.
SpeedBar Increase – Fill the target’s Speed Bar by a certain amount.
SpeedBar Reduction – Remove a significant amount of target’s Speed Bar.
Splash – Hit every character adjacent to the target.
Steal – Remove buff(s) and apply them on self.
Stealth – Prevents targeting or direct attacks by becoming invisible.
Stun – Forces a target to lose its next turn.
Summon – Call an additional character on your team.
Target Taunt – Force the Taunt effect on a target.
Unavoidable – Damage that cannot be dodged or evaded, but it can miss.
